Privacy policy
Status of this policy
This draft describes the intended WIRELIO platform workflow. The operating legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction, privacy contact, retention schedule, and applicable legal bases must be finalized before commercial launch. This draft does not claim certification or regulatory compliance.
Information the platform receives
Account details include your name, email address, password hash, and optional profile information. Orders include submitted content, company details, media contacts, instructions, images, and payment references. Contact-form messages and administrative audit records are also stored.
How information is used
Information supports authentication, editorial review, order management, distribution, reporting, customer support, and abuse prevention. Public media-contact information and approved release content are intended for distribution and publication.
Service providers
The intended providers are PostgreSQL hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel Blob for private file storage. Actual providers, processing locations, transfer arrangements, and contractual disclosures must be confirmed before launch. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are not stored by this application.
Cookies and local storage
The platform uses an HTTP-only session cookie for login. The submission form saves a draft in your browser’s local storage to reduce accidental loss. Clear the draft on shared devices. Optional analytics are disabled unless enabled by the operator; no customer content is included in custom analytics events.
Retention and requests
Business retention periods and a verified privacy contact must be supplied by the operator. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be raised through the contact form. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the final legal entity and jurisdiction.
Policy updates
The operator must publish the approved policy, effective date, business details, and support contact before opening commerce. The current draft date is September 18, 2026.
