Terms & conditions
Status and operator details
These draft terms require legal review and completion before commercial launch. The operating entity, registered address, governing law, dispute procedure, taxes, cancellation and refund policy, and support contact have not yet been supplied.
Service scope
WIRELIO is designed to accept press-release distribution orders and provide campaign tracking and reporting. The applicable package and written scope define the purchased service. Sample prices and fictional content are demonstrations, not live offers.
Customer responsibilities
You must have authority to submit the release and permission to use all content, images, trademarks, and quotations. You are responsible for factual accuracy, lawful content, and a reachable public media contact.
Editorial review and placement
Submitted material is subject to review and may require changes. An order, publication listing, or category does not imply independent endorsement, guaranteed readership, investment results, or a specific placement unless an approved written scope expressly provides otherwise.
Payments and timing
Live orders use one-time pricing shown before payment. Any configured taxes are displayed during checkout. Preferred dates are requests, not guaranteed delivery dates. Payment confirmation comes from the provider, not merely from returning to a success page.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
The operator must define and approve the policy for pre-distribution changes, cancellations, rejected submissions, publisher removals, and refunds before taking payments. Customers should receive that policy before committing to an order.
Publication and reporting
Supplied media contacts and approved announcements are intended for public distribution. Coverage reports reflect recorded results; estimated outlet audience is not verified article readership. Third-party publishers control their own editorial and correction policies.
Remaining legal provisions
Liability limits, warranties, intellectual-property licenses, suspension grounds, dispute resolution, and governing law must be finalized by qualified counsel for the actual operating entity. This application does not invent those business-specific terms.
